The whine of the vespa's motor. The citrus groves on both sides. Wind in our hair. We raced through the winding roads as fast as the little wasp would take us. We had to make it to Leonardo's before the last of limoncello was gone...

I've been working on some limoncello. I let it rest about 30 days. I'm just tweaking it now, working out how strong, and how sweet it should be. Limoncello is a lemon based liqueur popular in Italy. Light and refreshing, Limoncello is usually served ice cold in a shot glass or a small port glass.

Here is a limoncello recipe. You can google around and find many more.
