Mixology Monday: Brandy
This was an original recipe I submitted for a recent Campari competition. I've posted it here before, but I'm revisiting it for Mixology Monday::Brandy
Compass Rose
1.5 oz Cognac
.75 oz Campari
.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash of Fee's whiskey barrel aged bitters

This is such a fine cocktail. I forgot how balanced and delightful it was. I know now why the portion is small; I'm nearly done and want another one!
