Think of the color of Dewar's and that's about where it fits in the spectrum. Not bad, but it's not clear either. I think mint does go black as it oxidizes, maybe the vodka is acting as a preservative?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I haven't tried it with anything else yet.
